European Heritage Days
Description:
Toruń was inscribed on the UNESCO World Heritage List in 1997 but the city has been taking part in the European Heritage Days since 1994. The idea of this festival assumes the celebration of cultural heritage, architecture and history – for this occasion the city opens places that are usually unavailable every day such as the vaults and corners of the City Hall. The events offers also various workshops, concerts and theme tours of Toruń mysteries.
