The Centre of Contemporary Art

The Centre of Contemporary Art Znaki Czasu in Toruń, opened in June 2008, is one of the newest spaces dedicated entirely to contemporary art in Poland. Focusing on contemporary, intermedial and interdisciplinary form of activity, varied programme, international cooperation and establishing the atmosphere encouraging creative relaxation, the Centre forms a place for the open discussion on the most important phenomena in art. Through exhibitions, lectures, seminars, residential programmes for artists, publications, educational activities and establishing a collection the Centre actively contributes to the contemporary art circulation.
